Prepositions in Irish can sometimes be tricky as they don't always translate directly from English, and why would they? Irish isn't a Germanic language like English. 

However, with some practice, you can quickly get the hang of them.

  9. Tá an teach in aice leis an mbóthar. (The house is beside the road.)

  10. Tá an teilifís ar an mballa. (The television is on the wall.)
